I remember always going to see Henry Rollins do his spoken word tours and being inspired about his stories and life motto. Travel the world, be creative- play music, draw or paint. Episode 34 we welcome to the podcast originally from England now residing in Ventura California Ted Skup. Ted is the author of the book "Death Taxes and Push Up's" which was released in 2008. The book is about Ted's life and his passion for the push up's which he explains works the whole body. To date, he has done over 14 million push ups and does a 1000 push ups a day. Ted has also been a star on the FOX reality TV show Flirty Dancing which was aired world wide. @ted_skup
He we talked about growing up in England and Chicago, the recent struggles for the city of LA, working for B.P, the book launch of "Death Taxes and Push Up's, when is the best time to do push up and technique, going behind the scenes of a reality TV show, working with Australian born Dancing With The Stars Sharna Burgess and some amazing stories in his career.
