I remember always going to see Henry Rollins do his spoken word tours and being inspired about his stories and life motto. Travel the world, be creative- play music, draw or paint. In January, I caught up with my long time friend from Newcastle Australia, Tina Martyn. Tina has been recording albums at a young age and won the Golden Guitar award at the Tamworth Australia Country Music Awards. She is also an ARIA nominee for best new talent. She is the first "Pop Star" that I ever met. Having shared the stage with her old friends Keith Urban and guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel and meeting Shania Twain, Tina has some amazing stories to tell.
