I remember always going to see Henry Rollins do his spoken word tours and being inspired about his stories and life motto. Travel the world, be creative- play music, draw or paint. Kristy from Newcastle Australia has been releasing E.P's ever since 2013 with Nobody's Gonna Make Me, 2017 Raw E.P (Both tracks on the podcast feature the songs "Push" and "Dark Sunglasses" are from this E.P). More recently single Independent and Black Heart. She has been number #2 in the Aria Australian Country Charts and recorded in Nashville. In 2017 she won Australian Songwriter Associate Award. Episode #20 We welcome Athlete/ Wrestler and Ring Announcer Reign "The Stallion" Rivers. Reign is currently training to become a Wrestler with AEW Superstar QT Marshall in Atlanta USA. Out of all the podcasts i have done, i don't think i have laughed as much. She has a very charismatic personality and strong drive that is needed to become a professional in the Wrestling Entertainment business. With future goals to be apart of the indy circuit, then NXT or AEW.

Today's Episode we have Sam "Sledge Hammer" Bastin on the podcast. We met in 2016 when i was training at the amazing Tiger Muay Thai Gym ( I recommend everyone go and do some training here as a part of your Phuket Holiday) Sam originally from Australia now residing in Phuket Thailand, is a professional Boxer and MMA fighter. With a Boxing record of 8-0-1 and MMA record of 8-8, this athlete is on his way to bigger and better things. Some of the biggest names in UFC and Martial Arts and all inspiring athlete's are coming to Tiger Muay Thai to learn the trade. Sam has also had pro boxing matches and coached internationally.

He featured in America's Got Talent where he performed his magic show to millions of fans. Justin has since done numerous world tours and has performed for the Troops in the Army, Navy, Marine and Air Force. Zeda from the USA was the first Asian American female to be signed to the WWE and NXT Superstar and last year signed on to be the first female superstar for wrestling promotion MLW. When i came back to Australia last year i asked my friend who are the new up and coming original bands from Newcastle and Ben just said "Craig you have to see this band "Outer Control". So i was lucky enough to do a podcast in the bands rehearsal studio. The band is Gene- Guitar and vocals, Damo- Guitar and vocals, JT- Drums, Lewis- Bass and vocals. Punk rock band that has just released their first E.P and are in the process of recording their first studio album. The guys have hit the road touring in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney to promote the E.P and new album. We hear 2 tracks "Just Hit Repeat" and my favourite "Separate Ways"
